Chiara obtained her master degree in Medical Biotechnology at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia with a thesis focused on the computational analysis of RNA-seq data from triple negative breast cancers. She is now completing her PhD in Molecular Medicine at the University of Padua.Her main research interests involve the development and application of computational tools to study transcriptional regulation in relation to epigenetics and genome 3D conformation.
